Job Description - Junior HR Operations

Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR
Generalist to support day -to -day people operations and employee lifecycle
processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast -paced
environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about
building a great employee experience.

The role will work closely with
business teams, recruiters, employees, and cross -functional stakeholders across
various HR initiatives.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end -to -end employee lifecycle
    processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates,
    confirmations, and exit management

  • Coordinate and drive employee engagement
    initiatives, events, and culture activities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
    to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires

  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and
    people dashboards with high accuracy

  • Assist in policy communication and HR
    process implementation

  • Support performance management, feedback
    cycles, and employee communication initiatives

  • Address employee queries related to HR
    policies, processes, and operations

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR
    audits, compliance documentation, and process tracking

  • Contribute to process improvement
    initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency


Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR
    Generalist roles

  • Strong communication and stakeholder
    management skills

  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle
    processes

  • High ownership and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast -paced and
    collaborative environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and
    HR tools

  • Prior experience in startups, gaming,
    consumer -tech, or product companies is a plus
