We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early -career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment and HR.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely follow -up and communication with candidates
Support end -to -end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Stay updated on recruitment trends and hiring best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship -building abilities
Good organizational and time -management skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed
Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
Knowledge of IT or non -IT hiring processes
Hands -on experience in end -to -end recruitment
