Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early -career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  

• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews
  

• Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams throughout the recruitment process
  

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  

• Ensure timely follow -up and communication with candidates
  

• Support end -to -end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding
  

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and hiring best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Strong interpersonal and relationship -building abilities
  

• Good organizational and time -management skills
  

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed
  

• Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  

• Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
  

• Knowledge of IT or non -IT hiring processes
