Junior -Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people -oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
  

• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
  

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  

• Manage the end -to -end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication
  

• Stay updated on hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices
  

• Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills
  

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple openings
  

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in IT or Non -IT recruitment
  

• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter
  

• Knowledge of interview techniques and salary negotiation
  

• Internship or prior recruitment experience
