• 24*7 support & monitoring ServiceNow dashboard and customer support

• Entry-level troubleshooting and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and storage systems under senior supervision

• Monitor data pipelines and systems for basic performance issues, alerting seniors

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with ETL concepts and data quality checks, proves useful

• Soft skills like Problem-solving aptitude, eagerness to learn, and clear communication
