We are hiring skilled Kerala Snacks Makers for reputed restaurants and food production units in Kuwait and Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Kerala -style snacks while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional Kerala snacks like banana chips, achappam, kuzhalappam, mixture, cutlets, pazhampori, etc.
  
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
  
• Handle frying, baking, and bulk snack production
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/work area
  
• Monitor oil quality and proper usage during frying
  
• Manage stock of raw materials and ingredients
  
• Follow standard recipes and preparation methods
  
• Work efficiently during peak hours and bulk orders
