Key Account Manager

Position title: Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  
• Conduct structured discovery to understand customer goals, processes, challenges, and success metrics.
  
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  
• Own the renewal process and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
  
• Conduct account reviews/QBRs with customers and track business outcomes.
  
• Manage opportunities from discovery through commercial discussions.
  
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, contact, and renewal information in HubSpot.
  
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  
• Forecast portfolio revenue and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline.
  

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success with revenue targets, or Client-facing Sales.
  
• Proven experience in expansion/upsell revenue, not just account retention.
  
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  
• Comfortable selling multiple services/solutions.
  
• Experience working with senior decision-makers, preferably US-based clients.
  
• Strong commercial communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent CRM discipline; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  

  Preferred

• SaaS, Marketing Services, or GTM experience.
  
• Experience conducting QBRs / structured account reviews.
  
• Experience managing renewals and expansion across a portfolio.
