Job Description - Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key accounts.

Qualitative engagement with merchants.

Identifying business requirements and providing solutions

Action planning for the GMV impact.

Analyze the performance of the account.

Constantly liaise with other teams like Tech, Product, and Analytics to work on merchant feedback and new features.

Upsell the existing product offerings.

Generate reports and provide insights on the reports.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Should have analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Has worked as an account manager beforeKey
