Job Description – Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong exposure to the Construction Chemicals industry to manage key clients, drive business growth, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, builders, contractors, consultants, and project clients.
  
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across assigned accounts.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials preferred.
  
• Strong Key Account Management / Project Sales exposure.
  
• Good understanding of construction projects and customer networks.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
• Age: Up to 40 years.
  
• No minimum experience criteria.
