Kinaxis Consultant

Job Requirements*

< · 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RR application as Solution Consultant/Support Analyst.  

   · Hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response resource developments.

   · Hands on experience & understanding of the integration layer of Kinaxis.

   . Understanding of data model of Demand/Supply planning applications.

  . Work independently with clients and lead small size team.> 

Key Responsibilities*

< - Responsible for techno functional support for issues/incidents logged by users in Kinaxis RR.

  - Understand and analyze business requirements and minor enhancement to existing solution

  - Maintain and support the Kinaxis RR solutions (2nd & 3rd Line support)

  - Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents.

 - Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenarios

 - Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario’s, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures

 - Train team in Enhancing their Kinaxis RR skillset >
