Kinaxis Solution Architect

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain planning transformation programs using Kinaxis or similar platforms across global client engagements


• Design and implement solutions across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, MRP, and distribution planning


• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology-driven supply chain planning solutions


• Manage multiple geographically distributed teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across parallel workstreams


• Provide functional and domain expertise while guiding clients through selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain technologies


• Collaborate with stakeholders across consulting, client, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence


• Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution development, and creation of reusable assets to accelerate delivery and capability building


• Drive best practices in supply chain planning and ensure continuous improvement across processes and implementations

Requirements:

• 7–20 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or technology implementation roles


• Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning


• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or other leading supply chain planning platforms (implementation experience strongly preferred)


• Exposure to supply chain consulting engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder environments


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or R knowledge preferred)


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills


• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams


• Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making abilities in matrix organizations


• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru
