Labour Camp Boss for Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  Manage the day-to-day operations of the labour camp and ensure smooth functioning.

  Maintain accurate records of labourers staying in the camp, including joining, exit, attendance, and accommodation details.

  
  


• 
  

  Allocate rooms/beds to labourers and maintain proper occupancy records.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, toilets, bathing areas, dining areas, and common spaces.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate for food, drinking water, electricity, sanitation, and other basic facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor housekeeping and sanitation staff and ensure regular cleaning.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain discipline within the labour camp and address routine labour-related issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with HR, Site Engineers, Safety, Security, and Contractors regarding labour requirements and concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with site and company rules regarding camp discipline and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Report incidents, disputes, damages, or maintenance issues to the concerned management.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor camp assets, furniture, electrical appliances, and other facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate for repairs and maintenance of camp infrastructure.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist during labour onboarding, shifting, and demobilization.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain records and prepare regular reports related to labour accommodation and camp facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper implementation of emergency procedures and evacuation arrangements.

  Support HR and site management in resolving labour welfare and accommodation-related issues
