Role & Responsibilities

• Create and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate daily activities — circle time, sensory play, music, movement, and story hours — aligned with preschool benchmarks.


• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and parents through consistent communication, empathy, and proactive feedback.


• Observe and document each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive progress using simple digital or portfolio-based tracking tools.


• Collaborate with senior teachers and coordinators to refine classroom routines, thematic lesson plans, and safety protocols.


• Support classroom organization, hygiene, and material preparation — ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating environment at all times.


• Participate in teacher workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and school events — contributing to a joyful, inclusive school culture.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have


• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)


• Proficiency in activity-based teaching methods


• Experience in play-based learning environments


• Strong communication in English and Kannada (spoken)


• Ability to manage group dynamics with patience and creativity


• Basic digital literacy for attendance and observation tools

• Preferred


• Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia frameworks


• Fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages


• Background in child development or psychology
