Landscape Architect

This is a full -time, on -site role for a Landscape Architect
at Indeville Design Studio in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for landscape
planning, design, and creating planting plans. You will collaborate with
clients, architects, and project teams to develop and implement landscape
projects, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts. Additionally,
you will provide expertise in selecting appropriate plants, materials, and
techniques to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive landscape planning and design for
various projects.

- Preparing BOQ & Estimates.

- Develop detailed planting plans and collaborate on
landscape architecture.

- Select appropriate plants, materials, and techniques to
meet project requirements.

- Present design concepts and plans to clients, effectively
communicating ideas and solutions.

- Manage projects from conception through completion,
maintaining high standards of quality.

- Converting clients through your design for sales.

Requirements

- Proven skills in landscape planning and design.

- Experience in landscaping and landscape architecture.

- Proficiency in creating detailed planting plans.

- Strong problem -solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work
collaboratively in a team.

- Knowledgeable about horticulture and various plant
species.

- A Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and
other rendering tools.

- Sales skills to pitch design concepts and convince clients
to proceed with projects.
