Lead, Automation & Instrumentation

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems across manufacturing and utility facilities.
• Execute computerized system validation (CSV) activities in compliance with GAMP 5, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, modifications, alarm management, recipe management, and batch automation support.
• Provide automation and instrumentation support for OSD manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Manage ISA-95 automation architecture, system integration, MES/ERP interfaces, and industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, MQTT, etc.).
• Administer automation servers, user access control, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
• Lead automation projects, vendor coordination, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and system upgrades.
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and reliability of plant instrumentation.
• Support GMP compliance, audits, change controls, data integrity, and validated system maintenance.
• Drive digitalization, OEE improvement, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Calibration of instruments of plants

Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron PLCs; WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Ignition, Citect SCADA platforms; and pharmaceutical automation systems within regulated manufacturing environments.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, project execution, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional stakeholder management in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
