Lead Azure DevOps

Candidate with 9 to 15 years of experience. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Git-based workflows. Experience writing and maintaining YAML-based pipeline configurations. Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts including build, test, release, and deployment automation. Experience integrating code quality and security tools into pipelines. Familiarity with trunk-first development and short-lived branching. Understanding of PR workflows, code reviews, and merge controls. Experience working with automated testing frameworks and test integration. Strong focus on clean, maintainable automation. Strong execution focus with ability to deliver working solutions quickly. Attention to detail in implementing standards and controls. Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to different application contexts. Willingness to take ownership of pipeline quality and reliability. Applications onboarded to standardized CI/CD pipelines. Consistent enforcement of quality and security gates across pipelines. Reduction in manual deployment steps and operational overhead. Improved pipeline reliability and faster feedback cycles for developers. Increased adoption of trunk-first development and PR standards.
