What you’ll be doing:
As an integral member of technology team; responsible to maintain network uptime for TPF and
monitoring pan India network operations with highly effective partner management skills.
Key Skillset:
• Specialist in Broadband Core and BNG
• Knowledge & Experience of Telecom, Broadband industry is must
• Detailed understanding of broadband FTTH network & services
• Core Network – BNG, CGNAT, IGW, Caching, Internet peering, DDoS (must)
• Network Application - AAA, PCRF, URL filter, antispam, DNS, DHCP, NMS, EMS
• Telco Transport network – MPLS, DWDM, SDH etc
• Experience in Configuration and Troubleshooting of Triple -Play service like Voice,
Video and Data
• Detail Knowledge of services like - IPoE, PPPoE, TAL , static IP , frame route etc .
• Hands -on experience of IP/Routing protocol – IS -IS, BGP (must)
• Working knowledge on RIPv2, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Hands -on experience of Juniper, Nokia, cisco, Huawei routers, Firewall, BNG.
• Hands -on experience on Juniper and Nokia routers will be preferred.
• DOT regulatory compliances – LIM, Security agency Queries etc.
• Working experience of network design including switching, routing, QoS and firewalls
• MS Office experience – working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Project.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities, well organized, dependable, and excellent listening
skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates with hands on experience on either Nokia 7750 or Juniper MX480 platforms
will be preferred.
What you’ll bring to the team:
• OEM Management
o Oversee Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for broadband core network
operations and Fiber -to -the -Home (FTTH) service provisioning.
o Ensure efficient coordination and performance from OEM partners.
• Event Assessment and Coordination
o Assess and approve planned events in line with TPF philosophy.
o Coordinate with core OEM and partners for all major and minor
migration/upgradation events.
• Network Audits and Preventive Maintenance
o Conduct quarterly network audits and develop preventive maintenance (PM)
plans.
o Implement findings from audits to maintain and improve network performance.
• Support to Security Operations Center (SOC)
o Enable the SOC technical team with various technical processes.
o Improve resolution times for technical issues through effective process
enhancements.
• SLA/KPI Management
o Manage the organization’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Ensure compliance with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and
Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations.
• Network Quality Improvement
o Continuously strive to improve the quality of network services.

• Operational Expense Management
o Develop and execute self -initiated plans for reducing network operating expenses
(Opex).
o Identify cost -saving opportunities without compromising service quality
Requirements
What all qualifications do we expect:
We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
Education requirements:
B.E/B. Tech or equivalent and Routing /Switching / ISP
network – expert level certification preferred (CCNP/CCIE)
• Experience: 7 – 9 Years of experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
