The Role
Presidio looks for Senior EX Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for employee concerns — spanning recognition, mentorship and project transitions. You will also own Presidio's employee survey programs. 

You operate as a trusted, confidential presence in the organization  someone employees will bring a concern to before they bring it anywhere else, and someone the business trusts to represent the employee voice without turning every issue into an escalation. The role sits at the intersection of people, data, and business context: you'll spend as much time reading survey data and spotting patterns as you will sitting across from someone working through a difficult situation.

People 

•  You will listen to employees directly, or through our Practice EX Specialists, to understand their concerns.


•  You will raise issues with the business unit head, HR Business Partner, or Leadership teams, and follow through until they're resolved.


•  You will manage our anonymous reporting channels and triage submissions, and support new joiners through their first 90 days.


•  You will run and coordinate mentorship programs — matching mentors and mentees, equipping managers to mentor effectively, and tracking whether mentoring relationships are actually landing.


•  You will mediate conflicts between employees, peers, and managers — getting all sides heard, working through disagreements to a fair resolution, and knowing when to involve the business unit head or Leadership.


• You will work closely with the business stakeholders on various programs like immersion, Next Gen leadership, and Leadership connect.

Surveys 

•  You will design and run milestone surveys — onboarding (1-month, 3-month), half-yearly pulse, promotion, project change, high-potential (HiPo), and exit surveys.


•  You will analyse results, spot trends, and share findings — monthly with internal stakeholders, quarterly with Leadership and the Talent Development team.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting 

•  You will build working relationships with business unit heads and Practice Leads so that employee issues get resolved through influence, not escalation — people bring you concerns because they trust you'll handle them well.


•  You will keep Leadership informed of emerging themes before they become patterns — flagging risk early rather than reporting it after attrition or disengagement has already set in.


•  You will maintain a living view of employee sentiment across practices and locations, and use it to recommend concrete changes - not just report numbers.

What Success Looks Like 

•  First 90 days: You've met the practice leads, business unit heads, and Practice EX Specialists you'll work with, and run your first onboarding and pulse surveys on schedule.


•  First 6 months: Your mentorship program has active mentor-mentee pairs, and Leadership is receiving your quarterly findings and acting on your recommendations.


•  First year: You're recognized as the person who resolves employee concerns fairly, and survey data shows measurable improvement in an area you've focused on.

Required 

•  A bachelor's degree in any discipline IT with Psychology from MSSW background would be an added advantage


•  6–8 years of combined experience in Talent Development or people-facing roles within IT/technical environments.


•  A track record of resolving employee issues and mediating conflict by working through business stakeholders, without relying on formal authority.


•  Experience designing surveys and analysing data.


•  Experience running or coordinating mentorship programs.


•  Comfortable operating without formal positional authority, influencing outcomes through relationships, credibility, and follow-through rather than policy enforcement.

Skills 

•  You build trust easily and handle sensitive information with discretion.


•  You're organised and data-literate, comfortable building a survey, tracking responses, and turning data into a clear report.


•  You stay calm under conflict, help people move past disagreement, and coach managers on handling difficult conversations.


•  You follow through. Employees remember who circled back and who didn't you close every loop you open.
