What will you be doing?

Should have design expertise in areas such as , Firewater P&IDs & Layouts, Firewater Demand Calculations, Firewater Hydraulic Calculations, Hazardous area classification, Passive Fire Protection, Escape route, dispersion analysis, Fire & Gas detection and Quantitative Risk Analysis.
Should have experience in vendor document reviews of fire and safety equipment, deluge and foam system, clean agent system
Must have sufficient exposure to process safety reviews such as HAZID and ENVID, HAZOP, SIL (LOPA)
Must be capable of providing technical safety related advice and guidance.
Must have sufficient exposure to Indian and International Codes and Standards.
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and must be able to manage multiple projects.
Hands-on experience in pipenet software- Steady state, Transient modules
Hands on experience in Naviswork freedom software for review and provide comments on Firefighting systems to Departments on timely manner
Ensure documents are checked in line with Company Project and Quality requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Raise man-hour variation for additions to the original scope of work.
Support Supervisor/ HOD in proposal / manhour estimates.
Participate in HSE reviews/audits on the project.

We think you should have:

Bachelor/ Master of Engineering in (Chemical / Petro-Chemical/ Mechanical/ Fire & Safety/ Petroleum)
10 to 15 years of experience in Design HSE / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention related functions in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Projects.
Knowledge in offshore/ onshore engineering. Adequate experience in Concept, FEED and EPC projects
Min. 8 years of experience in reputed engineering consultancies/ EPC.
