Lead Full -Stack Tech Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale our backend using Medplum (FHIR -native TS framework) deployed on secure AWS infrastructure.
  

• Enforce strict security, identity management, and comprehensive audit logging within the BAA -covered PHI data store.
  

• Develop and maintain the Navigator Dashboard, a high -performance React Single Page Application (SPA) utilized by clinical care navigators for triage, EPDS scoring, and marketplace referral routing.
  

• Collaborate with AI and integration engineers to expose robust endpoints for automated workflows.
  

Requirements

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Languages & Frameworks: Expert -level TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  

• Healthcare Domain: Deep understanding of FHIR resources (R4), HIPAA compliance standards, and managing PHI in cloud environments.
  

• Cloud Infrastructure: Proficient with AWS services, secure IAM configurations, and cloud deployment pipelines.
  

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to digital health or health -tech platforms.
