Requirements

Your
Role: Technical Lead

This role is for the people who
are tech gurus in their space or dream of becoming one. You need to contribute
to the techsophy framework for delivering at 3x speed and use the framework in your
projects for your clients. The framework uses products and solutions built by techsophy.

We build leaders passionate
about their team and create a team with zero tolerance for the status quo. As a Technical
Lead, you are responsible for building solutions to existing customer
challenges in the product/platforms and suggest improvements, new features, making
them the best for your customers.

As a Technical Lead, you develop
solutions integrating SXP product with your client systems, ultimately
delivering B2B products on the cloud or on -premise. Technical Leads take the
initiative and act proactively in various client projects and new initiatives
like POCs, Pilots, and Prototypes. Technical Leads perform cross -functional
collaboration and communication with members from other teams within Techsophy
(e.g. Developers, Leads, UX Designer, QA, Program Manager, Architects) to
complete development and integration work.

Skills
Requirements (Some or all of them – because we believe intelligent people can
pick up whatever they need in a short period of time. You just need to prove
that you can.):

â      Experience in design, architecture
and implementation or usage of scalable and extensible systems like SOA or
Microservices
â      Excellent programming skills
using Java, and/or Javascript
â      Experience in Spring Boot,
Jenkins, Git, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and Docker or
â      Good knowledge of React/redux
and UI Components
â      Proficiency in database
technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
â      Good understanding of Elastic
Search, Redis
â      Experience working in the cloud
environment, preferably AWS.
â      Write unit tests and run
automated tests through CI/CD
â      Build and deploy code
frequently through CI/CD
â      Solid and fluent understanding
of algorithm and data structures
â      Excellent software design,
problem -solving and debugging skills
â      Ability to learn new and
existing technologies
â      Experience in building cloud
SaaS or PaaS solutions/products
â      Experience in providing
technical leadership to a small team.
â      Demonstrated high ownership in
previous projects
â      Good oral and written
communication skills
