1. Lead Generation & Outreach
â Identify and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr,
LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns.
â Conduct market research and prospect identification aligned with business
goals.
2. Lead Management & Nurturing
â Own the complete lifecycle of leads generated via platforms like Upwork
and Fiverr, including timely responses, consistent follow -ups, engagement,
and qualification.
â Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or left without proper follow -up.
â Nurture and qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales team for
closure.
3. Platform Management (Upwork & Fiverr)
â Manage bidding, proposal writing, and catalog/service listings on
freelance platforms.
â Create, maintain, and optimize profiles to improve visibility and lead
conversion.
4. CRM & Reporting
â Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of leads, interactions, and
progress in CRM systems and internal trackers.
â Track performance metrics and regularly update reports for better
decision -making.
5. Collaboration & Process Alignment
â Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and
alignment on requirements.
â Continuously suggest improvements in lead generation and nurturing
strategies.
