Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to connect with potential corporate clients, HR professionals, and companies through outbound calls. The role involves introducing Masai’s programs, understanding corporate training requirements, building business relationships, and generating qualified B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential companies and HR professionals from the provided database.


• Connect with HR managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant decision-makers.


• Introduce Masai’s programs and explore potential corporate partnerships and training opportunities.


• Meet daily outreach targets and monthly qualified-lead goals.


• Understand company requirements and identify potential business opportunities.


• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.


• Handle basic queries, address objections, and build strong professional relationships.


• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the tracker or CRM.


• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly B2B lead generation goals.


• Coordinate with the sales or partnerships team to share qualified leads and support further discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.


• Confidence in communicating with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.


• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills.


• Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound B2B calling.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.


• Prior experience in B2B telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or customer outreach is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Note: This is a 6-month contract-based role.
