We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive a high -performing inside sales team. The role focuses on handling inbound leads, managing CRM data, and executing outbound calling campaigns using marketing tools to achieve sales targets consistently.
Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Download, analyze, and allocate lead data from CRM systems.
Handle and convert inbound enquiries effectively
Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns using marketing automation tools
Track team performance, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to sales processes
Coach team members on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
4–6 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team -handling or leadership role
Strong hands -on experience with CRM tools and sales data management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target -driven mindset with the ability to motivate and scale teams
Proven experience in outbound calling and lead management.
