Job Summary: 

Wissen Technology is hiring an Executive – PMO (Intermediate Level) to manage talent onboarding/offboarding, project transitions, and operational coordination across accounts. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and adherence to PMO principles.

Experience: 12+ Years 
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Full Time
Education: Master’s degree (any discipline) would be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Contract Management Team for Managing MOU, NDA, MSA
  • New Client Onboarding & Existing Client Process Initiation
  • SOW, Task Order / Work Order Management       
  • PMO Owner for Team activity w.r.t. Talent Onboarding / Transition / Offboarding W.r.t. Accounts & Projects. Maintaining dashboards in tool & Sharing Reports
  • PMO Responsibility for team Co -ordinating with HR SPOCs for Background Verifications & Timesheet approvals
  • Supporting PMO team members in Providing accurate updates to Finance team for Billing and Invoicing
  • To be aware of PMO Interaction with REC team, Business Team and Client Team and take necessary action
  • ODC Management (Managing ODC security, Audit compliance, and profitability) Coordinating with Admin and IT teams w.r.t ODC Operations
  • Supporting and Tracking Organizational Compliance (e.g., ISO, CMMi, SOC 2 etc....)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manage relationship with the all -client stakeholders & Internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Adhere to corporate pillars - Trust, Respect, Accountability, Transparency
  • Taking Ownership and Accountability of all PMO activities working with Team.
