Job Description:
Looking After Manufacturing, Assistance with StaƯ, Overseeing All Production Activities,
Inventory Management, Safety, General day-to-day Operations, 5S, Implementation of
good manufacturing practices, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
ï· Ensure production is running as per the production plan & Monitoring production
eƯiciency in diƯerent sections.
ï· To maintain Overall Equipment EƯiciency (OEE) in diƯerent sections.
ï· Review monthly departmental performance and ensure the updating of all
documents related to the Production Shop Floor Management Manual and ISO.
ï· Daily monitoring of production processes and productivity to ensure the
produced product meets Quality Standards.
ï· Implement automation in all possible areas by reducing human intervention
ï· Ensure eƯective utilisation of raw materials (RMN Material).
ï· Provide a timely Tentative Date of Dispatch (TDOD) based on standing stock and
lead time.
ï· Preparing MIS reports and other required reports and ensuring timely submission
of the Monthly Presentation.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
ï· Gender: Male candidates (below 35 years)
ï· Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as below:
o 6:00 AM â 2:30 PM
o 1:30 PM â 10:00 PM
o 10:00 PM â 6:30 AM
