Lead QA

• Help deliver all aspects of testing including functional, regression, performance, integration and system testing and perform the acceptance testing as required to deliver the feature.
  
• Good experience in requirement analysis, writing test cases, Test planning, Test estimation, Test strategy and Test Reporting 
  
• Must become SME for your assigned module/ product. Should be able to represent your module or feature to engineers, product managers and other stakeholders.
  
• Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools, processes and practices
  
• Understand product requirements, and create test strategies based on requirements, legacy impact and time to market. Participate in product and feature design meetings with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great team member with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills, with ability to work in a fast -paced start -up environment
  
• Responsible for delivery of product features / projects with high quality. Take complete ownership of the feature from software quality testing through final user acceptance testing and tracing future production issues.
  
• Oversee the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  
• Experience   in   collaborating with   other   teams. (development, product management, customer support).
