Job Description - Lead Sales - Ecommerce

Sales Lead – Skincare Division

Location: Mohali
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full -Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result -driven Sales Lead to drive revenue growth for our skincare product line. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid confidence, and proven experience in sales, preferably in e -commerce and beauty/skincare segments. This role involves both direct sales responsibility and gradually leading a sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for skincare products across online and offline channels

  • Generate revenue through e -commerce platforms and digital sales channels

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports

  • Eventually lead, mentor, and manage a growing sales team.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with sales goals



Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • High confidence and target -oriented mindset

  • Proven experience in sales (e -commerce experience preferred)

  • Knowledge of skincare/beauty products is an advantage

  • Leadership potential with the ability to guide and manage a team

  • Good understanding of online marketplaces, D2C sales, and digital channels

  • Strong follow -up and closing skills
