We are looking for a confident and result -driven Sales Lead to drive revenue growth for our skincare product line. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid confidence, and proven experience in sales, preferably in e -commerce and beauty/skincare segments. This role involves both direct sales responsibility and gradually leading a sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales for skincare products across online and offline channels
Generate revenue through e -commerce platforms and digital sales channels
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports
Eventually lead, mentor, and manage a growing sales team.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High confidence and target -oriented mindset
Proven experience in sales (e -commerce experience preferred)
Knowledge of skincare/beauty products is an advantage
Leadership potential with the ability to guide and manage a team
Good understanding of online marketplaces, D2C sales, and digital channels
Strong follow -up and closing skills
