Job Title: Lead Specialist GES H2R Reporting \u0026 Time \n\nLocation: Hyderabad, India\n\nLead Specialist GES H2R Reporting \u0026 Time plays a critical role within the GES HR Hyderabad Hub by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee time and attendance data across regions. The role supports seamless payroll operations, maintains data integrity in HR systems, and delivers high-quality HR transactional services through standardized global processes while meeting regional compliance requirements.\n\nAt dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.\n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n * Time \u0026 Attendance Management\n * Manage and validate employee time inputs for new hires and employee data changes from HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payroll processing.\n * Payroll \u0026 Vendor Coordination\n * Coordinate with payroll vendors and local HR teams to process time files, validate and approve time-related pay files, and ensure timely and correct employee payments.\n * Timecard Validation \u0026 Compliance\n * Review, validate, and sign off employee timecards, resolving missed punches, unexcused absences, and historic corrections within defined deadlines.\n * Leave \u0026 Accrual Administration\n * Approve STD/FMLA leaves, validate pay rules, pay groups, accrual profiles, PTO rates, and conduct periodic audits such as accrual and international manager audits\n * System Monitoring \u0026 Issue Resolution\n * Monitor daily system integrations, identify errors (e.g., manager, account status, business structure issues), and resolve them promptly using ServiceNow or related ticketing tools.\n * Reporting \u0026 Continuous Improvement\n * Generate HR and time management reports as requested, support change management communications, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.\n\n\n\nWe Bring\n\n * A purpose-led, performance-driven work environment.\n * Opportunities to lead complex workplace operations and projects.\n * A collaborative culture that values innovation and operational excellence.\n * Career growth across functions, sites, and global teams.\n * Continuous learning and development through structured programs.\n * An inclusive, supportive workplace that encourages new ideas.\n\n\n\nYou bring\n\n * Graduation or post\u2011graduation degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum requirement of a vocational degree in HR Management, Business, or a related discipline.\n * Proven experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Global Shared Services environment.\n * Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors (EC Time/Kronos), and ticketing tool\u2013based applications.\n * Solid experience in time system administration, including reporting, data analysis, and audit support.\n * Exceptional focus on detail, efficiency, and accuracy while handling sensitive employee and payroll-related data.\n * Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility, combined with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.\n\n\n\nAbout dsm-firmenich\n\nAt dsm-firmenich, we don\u2019t just meet expectations \u2013 we go beyond them.
