Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution.

Backup of Voice Core Nodes CDRs

Backup of Voice Core Node DB

POI Augmentation

Fault Rectification Hardware

POI Outages Handing

Patch upgrades

R & R activities

New product /Equipment testing

ACT Portal CR management

New POI commissioning

PRI / SIP migrations

Internal RA Audit compliance

Complaint Handling

Support to Service account Manager

BSNL/MTNL payments

ITTN POI co-ordination

Special projects

PV audit/ AMS portal update

PM activities

Support to Infra/TX team

DOT Audits

Internal/External Audits of TTSL
