What You’ll Do:

• Create Learning Content: Whip up engaging training materials and workshops that even your cat would want to attend.
  
• Support Instructional Design: Get ready to dive into the world of instructional design—no prior experience? No problem! We’ll help you become the design ninja you were meant to be.
  
• Social Media Maestro: Craft posts that make our learning programs shine brighter than a thousand suns and attract an audience that can't get enough of us.
  
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our Learning & Development and Marketing teams to ensure we’re all on the same page (or at least the same chapter).
  
• Optimize & Refresh: Keep our content as fresh as your morning coffee—regularly review and update materials to keep everyone engaged.
  

Requirements

Before you apply, let’s make sure you have what it takes to rock this role! We’re looking for someone who can bring a blend of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table. Whether you’re a seasoned content creator or a newbie eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or social media management (bonus points for creativity!).
  
• A flair for writing that turns boring into brilliant—if you can make an instruction manual sound exciting, you’re our kind of person!
  
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles (experience is preferred but not mandatory—we believe in growth!).
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms—hashtags are your second language.
  
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks without turning into a pretzel.
  
• Must be willing to work from our Navi Mumbai office (no remote work, but we promise the coffee is good!).
