Leasing Manager

Seeking a sharp, experienced, and highly driven leasing professional to lead and build out our new leasing division from the ground up. This role requires deep real estate knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create and execute systems across residential, commercial, and retail leasing. Must possess ownership, strategic thinking, and a high-performance mindset.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat  

Travel: As required for site visits, client meetings, and property walkthroughs  

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

• Strong client communication and lease negotiation skills  

• Ability to create leasing systems, processes, and documentation templates  

• Strategic thinking with a builder’s mindset  

• Meticulous attention to legal and financial details  

• Self-driven and proactive with a sense of ownership  

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with investors, leadership, and project teams  

• Works well independently and in team environments  

Technical Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office, Google Suite  

• Real estate CRM and document management systems  

• Digital lease and payment tracking tools  

• Familiarity with government portals for lease registration and compliance  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement GAP Group’s leasing strategy across residential, commercial, and retail assets  

• Identify and onboard tenants through targeted outreach and relationship building  

• Draft, negotiate, and manage leasing contracts and legal documents
