Qualifications & Requirements

LLB or LLM from a recognized institution (Bar Council enrollment mandatory)
1–3 years of post-enrollment experience in litigation
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Law Finder, SCC Online, Manupatra, or Lexis Nexis
Strong drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, corporate, and constitutional law
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality

Requirements

Experience & Expertise:

Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on litigation experience
Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity
Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels
Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments

Skills & Competencies:

Strong case management and legal research capabilities
Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong client interaction skills
Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
