Legal Executive

Jungleworks is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of technological advancements in the business world. As we expand our operations and embrace new challenges, we are seeking a dedicated Legal Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in our legal affairs. This is an entry -level position. We're primarily seeking 2025/2026 batch passouts.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and Review of Legal Documents: Create, review, and modify various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices. Ensure all documentation complies with current regulations and legal standards.
  

• Contract Management: Develop various contracts, including HR documents, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and other miscellaneous agreements. Safeguard Jungleworks' interests by scrutinizing contractual terms and conditions.
  

• Government Liaison: Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary approvals and licenses. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting Jungleworks' compliance.
  

• Litigation Management: Efficiently manage legal disputes and litigations on behalf of Jungleworks. Collaborate with external counsel as needed, prepare documentation for cases, and represent the company in proceedings and negotiations.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
  

• 0 -1 years of legal experience in a law firm or IT company.
  

• Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and compliance.
  

• Proactive mindset with excellent problem -solving skills.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
