Legal Officer

Required 3 - 7 Years Experienced , Qualified and Practicing Lawyer with LLB or LLM background.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal advice to company and its directors.
2. Preparation and Vetting of contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers and consortiums.
3. Liaoning and coordinating with practicing professional and law firms appointed.
4. Reply to legal notices related civil, criminal, banking etc
5. Overall management of all activities pertaining to on-going legal matters.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS PowerPoint and Excel skills,
• Good interpersonal skills, Vetting Contracts, Legal Notices, Legal Drafting, SEBI, Drafting Agreements,
• Appearance in court.
