Loan Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Loan Operations Executive to manage loan documentation, collect and verify customer documents, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely completion of loan processing requirements. The role supports smooth loan operations by maintaining accurate records, following up on pending documents, and ensuring proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.


• Follow up with customers for pending documents and missing information.


• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve documentation issues.


• Maintain accurate customer records and update loan details in the system.


• Track the status of loan applications and ensure timely document submission.


• Assist with income verification and review of financial documents as required.


• Handle customer queries related to loan documentation and processing.


• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.


• Prepare regular updates and reports on document collection and pending cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.


• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in loan operations, loan processing, banking operations, or loan documentation.


• Experience in collecting, verifying, and maintaining loan-related documents.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of loan documentation, financial records, and customer verification.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry.


• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up abilities.


• Ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly.
