Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Warden to oversee the day -to -day operations of our residential facility in Thengana, Kerala.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management and operations of the residential facility
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards
Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff regarding residential concerns
Organize and supervise residential activities and events
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and maintenance requests
Conduct regular inspections of living areas and report necessary repairs

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or student welfare management
Proven track record in maintaining discipline and promoting student well -being
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in basic administrative and documentation tasks
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid identification and background check clearance
