Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT English Teacher (Grade 5th–10th) to join our educational institution in Churu, Rajasthan. This role is vital in shaping young minds by delivering high -quality English instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment, promote critical thinking, and support students in achieving academic excellence. With a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, the successful applicant will play a key role in curriculum delivery, student development, and academic growth within a structured and supportive school setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction for students in Grades 5th to 10th as per the CBSE syllabus.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote active learning.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support student development and school -wide initiatives.
Participate in professional development activities and school events as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English or Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in English.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE -affiliated school.
Strong command of the English language, including grammar, literature, and communication skills.
Proven ability to design curriculum -aligned lesson plans and deliver effective instruction.
Experience in student assessment and feedback mechanisms.
Preference given to female candidates only.
Flexibility to work during seasonal shifts in timings: Summer (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and Winter (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
