Job Description - LTPL.JD.04.22.12 - Sales Engnieer, Channel Sales




LogicLadder, a leading sustainability software company, is seeking a talented Channel Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our cutting\-edge sustainability solutions by working closely with our channel partners..







Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):



  1. Have a detailed understanding of the technical and commercials for assigned Logicladder products and offerings.

  2. Target based revenue closure from the assigned channel partners

  3. Order booking and custom proposals to the channel partners for various opportunities.

  4. Enter direct and indirect sales calls, notes, comments, and any other important information into CRM to ensure sales data is updated regularly.

  5. Provide technical expertise and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell and implement LogicLadder's solutions.

  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including system integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers.

  7. Travel to partner locations to meet with assigned partners and customers






Requirements










  • Bachelor's degree in B Tech, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B SaaS/ product sales in channel/partner Management.

  • Proven experience in sales engineering, partner management, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, environmental regulations, and reporting frameworks.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partner relationships

  • Strong customer\-centric approach with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to understand and address the needs of both partners and end customers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong networking skills to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem.

  • Awareness of Sustainability channel market trends and an understanding of international business practices.
