macOS Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled macOS Administrator to support and manage Apple macOS environments across the organization. The role involves configuring macOS profiles, managing user accounts and collaboration tools, and ensuring secure, compliant workstation and network configurations. The administrator will be responsible for timely service delivery, system configuration, and supporting compliance initiatives, including CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support macOS user profiles, system settings, and device configurations.
  

• Manage and maintain macOS profiles, calendars, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
  

• Configure and support workstation setup standards, including system policies and security settings.
  

• Perform network scanning and reporting to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  

• Configure and manage Wi -Fi systems to meet organizational security and performance standards.
  

• Ensure systems and services align with CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 compliance requirements.
  

• Deliver service configurations within defined SLAs, demonstrating accuracy, competency, and timeliness.
  

• Troubleshoot macOS -related issues and provide ongoing user and system support.
  

• Document configurations, processes, and compliance -related changes.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience administering macOS environments in an enterprise setting.
  

• Hands -on knowledge of macOS profile management and user account administration.
  

• Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and calendar systems.
  

• Understanding of workstation security standards and system hardening practices.
  

• Experience with network scanning tools, reporting, and remediation.
  

• Working knowledge of Wi -Fi configuration and security best practices.
  

• Familiarity with CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 compliance requirements is highly desirable.
  

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet service delivery timelines.
  

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji).
  

• Background in compliance -driven or regulated IT environments.
  

• Certifications related to macOS administration, networking, or cybersecurity are a plus.
