Job Description - Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Role : Manager - Accounts & Finance

Experience : 4 -5 years

Qualifications : CA Inter pass

Salary : 6 lacs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and assist in making budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support planning and decision -makinng.
Analyse financial data especially on Targets vs Actuals and provide comments and recommendations to support the company's strategic objectives.
Oversee the day -to -day operations of the accounts and finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Provide MIS on P&L, Balance Sheet, Debtors, Creditors, Collections with comments on corrective action as per internal frequency (Daily /monthly /quarterly /annually).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure overall efficiency.
Any other work assigned.
