Senior Manager / Manager – Ad Sales

Location: Delhi
Experience: 5–7 Years
CTC: ₹10–12 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

StaffAnchor is hiring for its renowned client, a leading B2B media and publishing organization with a strong presence across India and the Middle East. The company operates across print and digital media, exhibitions, and integrated marketing solutions, catering to industries including travel, hospitality, logistics, and cargo.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising sales across print and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across assigned markets and industry verticals.
  • Build and maintain long -term relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital sales, or media planning.
  • Prior experience in the media, publishing, or advertising industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to the travel, hospitality, logistics, or cargo sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship -building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a target -driven environment.
