About the Role
We are hiring a Manager, Corporate Development to operate at the intersection of M&A execution and core operating finance. The right person owns transaction modeling and diligence when deals are active and moves fluidly into recurring FP&A, reporting, and strategic analysis between deal cycles - equally comfortable building an LBO, M&A DD and supporting the monthly reporting package. You will apply transaction-grade rigor to both acquisitions and the decisions that drive organic growth. Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business is essential.
