non -profit foundation based out of Mumbai is hiring for this role (a Forward
Impact partner)

 Job Overview:

 We are seeking a
dynamic and strategic professional to lead our CSR and Partnerships efforts.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving our fundraising efforts
through CSR channels, cultivating long -term partnerships, and shaping the
external engagement strategy of the organization.

Key
Responsibilities:

• CSR Fundraising Strategy and
  Execution 
  

• Lead and execute fundraising
  initiatives via CSR and philanthropic channels.
  
• Develop a robust pipeline of corporate
  donors and institutional funders.
  
• Ensure donor retention through
  impactful engagement and stewardship.
  

• Partnership Development &
  Management
  

• Build and nurture
  high -impact partnerships with corporates, foundations,
  educational institutions, government bodies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  
• Represent NGO at forums, conferences,
  and networking events.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to
  design and deliver partner engagement opportunities.
  

•  Relationship Management
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact
  for CSR donors and partners
  
• Cultivate long -term relationships
  based on transparency, trust, and shared impact.
  
• Engage with relevant government
  bodies, schools, and colleges to expand organizational outreach.
  

•   Reporting &
  Documentation
  

• Oversee timely and high -quality donor
  reporting – monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  
• Monitor fund utilization and provide
  regular updates to both donors and internal leadership.
  

• Global Fundraising Coordination
  

•   Work closely with the
  NGO's USA team to design and execute international fundraising
  campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications
& Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a
  reputed institution.
  
• Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in
  CSR fundraising, business development, partnerships, or related fields
  (NGO/social sector experience preferred).
  
• Proven ability to work independently
  with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills – both
  written and verbal. (Proficiency in English required; additional languages
  a plus.)
  
• Strong networking and
  relationship -building capabilities.
  
• Strategic thinker with hands -on
  execution ability.
  
• Demonstrated experience in writing
  compelling proposals and donor communication.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word,
  PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
  

Additional
Requirements

• Based in Mumbai; willing to travel to
  program centers across Mumbai and other cities as required.
  
• Full -time role: Monday to Saturday
  (2nd & 4th Saturdays off).
