Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. \n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\n\nStrategic Evolution \u0026 Governance\n\n * Contribute to the evolution of SAM and HAM capabilities, defining standards, controls, and governance models to improve compliance, cost efficiency, and lifecycle transparency.\n * Propose new capabilities, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to strengthen asset governance and maturity.\n\n\n\nSoftware Asset Management (SAM)\n\n * Govern the full lifecycle of software assets, from demand and entitlement to deployment, optimization, and retirement.\n * Ensure accurate entitlement management, effective license compliance, and alignment with vendor licensing models.\n * Support Effective License Position (ELP) analysis and drive optimization initiatives to reduce risk and overspend.\n\n\n\nHardware Asset Management (HAM)\n\n * Manage the end to end lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement and deployment to refresh, reuse, and disposal.\n * Ensure traceability, financial alignment, and compliance across asset records, contracts, and operational usage.\n * Strengthen asset visibility across suppliers and service towers within a SIAM model.\n\n\n\nCMDB Enablement \u0026 Data Integrity\n\n * Ensure hardware and software assets are accurately represented in the CMDB, with correct relationships, classifications, and lifecycle status.\n * Drive data quality standards, audits, and continuous improvement to support reliable reporting and decision making.\n\n\n\nProcess Optimization \u0026 Controls\n\n * Continuously improve SAM and HAM processes, standards, and controls, ensuring global consistency and ITIL aligned practices.\n * Embed asset governance into operational, financial, and supplier management processes.\n * Tooling, Automation \u0026 AI Enablement\n * Leverage ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB capabilities to automate discovery, lifecycle workflows, and compliance reporting.\n * Identify and apply automation and AI driven insights to improve asset accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance transparency.\n\n\n\nCross Functional Collaboration\n\n * Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT Operations, Service Owners, and Suppliers to align contracts, entitlements, deployments, and actual usage.\n * Support financial transparency across CapEx, OpEx, chargeback, and cost optimization initiatives.\n * Training, Guidance \u0026 Adoption\n * Provide clear guidance, documentation, and training on SAM and HAM processes, tools, and governance to stakeholders and operational teams.\n * Act as a subject matter expert for asset management practices across the organization.\n\n\n\nWe bring\n\n * A supportive environment that empowers you to grow and share ideas.\n * An inclusive and multicultural team that respects everyone.\n * A dynamic work environment with exciting challenges.\n * Opportunities to work independently and take ownership.\n * Collaboration with teams to find the right solutions.\n * A culture that encourages learning, innovation, and success. \n\n\n\nYou Bring\n\n * Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Configuration, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) within medium or large organizations\n * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and discovery tools; ServiceNow certifications are valued.Solid understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL4 certification preferred. \n * Experience with Flexera or ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) is a plus.\n * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and propose effective improvements. \n * Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across teams, countries, and cultures in a global operating model.
