Manager/ Deputy Manager_Cargo & Cruise

Hunarstreet Technologies is a leading company in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager/ Deputy Manager_Cargo & Cruise.

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers to purchase required goods and maintaining accurate records of transaction trends. You will also be tasked with recommending a sourcing strategy to meet customer needs, considering market conditions, and maximizing positive impact to the organization. Conducting market research, property analysis, and market surveys to fulfill requirements for Cruise Line Crew accommodations and Distressed Passenger accommodations will also be part of your responsibilities.

As a Manager/ Deputy Manager_Cargo & Cruise, you will be expected to monitor markets for price changes, identify and escalate risks and opportunities, and become an expert in hotel markets. Furthermore, you will need to develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to support supplier selection. Identifying potential savings and revenue opportunities in markets and effectively communicating with both internal and external customers will also be crucial in this role.

One of the key aspects of the position is managing strategic vendor relationships, so strong negotiation skills and contract management experience are vital. Understanding supply base analysis and supply chain analysis will be essential as well. The ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines is also required.
