Manager - Design

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Structural Design professionals to manage and execute structural design activities for steel / HSS structure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake structural analysis and design of steel structures / HSS structures.
  

• Prepare and review structural calculations and design reports.
  

• Work on structural modelling and analysis using STAAD Pro and ETABS.
  

• Handle structural member design, load calculations and stability checks.
  

• Coordinate with detailing, engineering and project teams for design execution.
  

• Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
  

• Identify and resolve technical/design issues during project execution.
  

• Support the senior design team in design planning, review and technical decision-making.
  

• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project requirements.
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Structural Design / Steel Structures.
  

• M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in STAAD Pro and ETABS.
  

• Good knowledge of steel structure design and structural analysis.
  

• Experience in handling design projects independently.
  

• Strong understanding of structural design codes and engineering practices.
