Job Description - Manager - E -Commerce Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Manager – Online Business to manage our e -commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the current online retail business, focusing on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The role involves managing product listings, optimizing sales plans, and driving growth through accurate product setup, pricing, and promotional activities. The candidate will be expected to deliver on sales and margin targets, improve customer journeys, and enhance overall online performance.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy of all aspects of product setup, including pricing, categorization, ranking, and upsell/cross -sell opportunities online.
Improve existing product listings and drive new product launches.
Manage and execute all trading and promotional activities in a timely manner.
Initiate and set up weekly reports capturing relevant KPI data to improve customer propositions, journeys, conversion rates, and to drive sales and margins.
Optimize brand and SKU sales plans/targets at monthly and weekly levels based on internal and external analysis to maximize performance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience:

3 -5 years of relevant experience in an E -Commerce Operations role.
Post -graduation in any specialization, or relevant certification/professional qualification (E -Commerce preferred).

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the process flow in online business operations, including sales, conversion, RTV, and portal management.
Basic knowledge of retail KPIs.
Commercial understanding of online business.
Proficiency in Excel.
Understanding of digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills.
