Job Description - Manager - Entertainment Ad Sales, Brand Solutions

* Job Summary

The person is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of branded content partnerships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, pitching innovative solutions, and closing deals with clients and media agencies.

The ideal candidate will lead with a strong commercial mindset, bringing together creative storytelling and strategic thinking to deliver impactful, content-led media solutions across digital and broadcast platforms.

* Key Responsibilities

  Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing branded content deals with direct clients and media agencies.

  Strategic Pitching:
Develop compelling, insight-driven proposals that combine creativity with business objectives, positioning integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.

  Creative Ideation:
Conceptualize innovative branded content formats tailored to client needs, leveraging digital and broadcast channels to maximize impact.

  Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining ongoing engagement with clients and agencies.

  Partnership Development:
Convert one-off campaigns into long-term strategic partnerships by consistently delivering value and aligning with client goals.

  Cross-Platform Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.

* Skills & Attributes for success

Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling
● Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets
● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
● Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations at deal level
● Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive new business
● Persistence to drive sales from exploration to deal closures
