Job Description – Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial accounting, reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial controls. The candidate should have relevant experience in the manufacturing or EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
  

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
  

• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
  

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.
  

• Monitor accounts payable, receivables, and vendor payments.
  

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and strengthen financial controls.
  

• Work with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax consultants.
  

• Support project costing, financial analysis, and process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Qualified CA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  

• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing or EPC.
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  

• Experience in budgeting, MIS, working capital management, and audits.
  

• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
