Key Responsibilities Finance Process Automation

Identify, evaluate, and automate repetitive and manual finance processes across:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets
- Treasury
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation and Compliance

Design and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, and ERP capabilities.

Establish end-to-end automated workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

Develop the finance automation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.

Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Evaluate and recommend suitable automation platforms and technologies.

ERP & Systems Management

Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize ERP functionalities.

Lead automation initiatives within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

Support system upgrades, process enhancements, and integration projects.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Develop automated MIS reports and management dashboards.

Build real-time reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Enhance data accuracy, reconciliation processes, and reporting capabilities.

Process Improvement & Governance

Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for standardization.

Establish controls and governance mechanisms for automated processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Monitor automation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
